Electric deck oven model Jolley, suitable for all types of bread and pastry baking, and takes a wide range of product sizes.
This oven is composed of multiple independent and insulated baking chambers.
Each deck's operation is independent and allows different baking temperatures in each deck, thus the possibility to bake different types of products are the same time.
Control panel: Available only in the computerized version.
Heating: It is heated by armored and reinforced heating elements, located under the bottom and ceiling of each deck, ensuring perfect heat distribution and great performance.
