Prover for Rotor and Deck ovens trolleys and trays.
Supporting frame in aluminum and structure in insulated panels of thickness 40 mm, covered with pre-painted white or grey color.
The door has a handle directly installed on the aluminum profile, and together with the locking system, they allow complete reversability.
The prover is complete with a steam and heat unit, made os stainless steel.
It can be ordered, with or without the flooring, and with one or two doors, based on the customer's request.
Optional: Inox doors.
