The hood is manufactured in stainless steel and equipped with an exhaust fan and manual valve.

Stainless steel reinforced and finned electric resistances, positioned on the back left side.
Control panel: electromechanical or digital, based on customer demand. (available as an option in the computerized version with the motorized exhaust valve)
Trolley rotation is driven by a gearbox with a limiting device.
