The dough kneading machine for small bakeries comes in 2 different sizes: 35 kg or 50 kg of dough.
- Operated by a 3 hp motor and a heavy-duty differential system, it has a chassis made of carbon steel with a free rotating bowl, manufactured from stainless steel.
- The mixing element, its fork, is made of stainless steel.
- Equipped with one speed and a timer.
