With a dough bowl made of stainless steel, the machine is equipped with an aluminum ejecting nozzle faced by a high precision sensor and a stainless steel cutting blade.
- The cutting elements are covered by a stainless steel cover with a transparent plexiglass window panel to monitor the cutting process.
- The machine is driven by a 0.75 HP single-phase or three phases motor, upon demand.
- A rotating handle is mounted on the machine’s side in order to easily regulate the dough weight, which can range from 30 up to 250 grams.
