The dough divider is an essential machine in the process of bread making, its main purpose is to divide the dough batch into multiple dough balls (depending on the model and outputs of your machine).

Extruding the dough in the right texture, temperature, and equal weight, are essential features in the process of producing high quality bread.

Manufactured using Stainless Steel AISI 316 on all the dough passages, this heavy-duty machine needs to be well maintained for the success of your bread making business.

Before going through the steps on how to clean the machine which is a very important part of its operation, we will first discuss why you actually need to.

To begin, the dough, if left on any internal parts of the machine for several hours after operation, it will dry out and stick. It may rot and ruin your next batch of bread making; this is why we have invested in making sure the machine is easily cleaned and in a timely manner, it is engineered where all hard-to-reach spots are easily accessed.

Here are the steps for cleaning this robust machine:

  1. Turn off the main power supply.
  2. Open the clamp that locks the dough hopper to the bottom dough bowl.
  3. Wipe out all reachable dough leftovers using a scraper.
  4. Open the lever to safely split the machine into two, and then use the turning handle to open it completely.
  5. You are able to reach the tip of the augers and the inside of the nozzles, clean all the reachable dough from these areas.
  6. Clean thoroughly all dough leftovers and use a pressurized air gun to blow away all the small pieces.
  7. Wipe down the machine and all its parts with a clean and slightly oiled cloth.
  8. Roll back the handle, close the lever, and clamp back the dough hopper; you’re ready for the next shift.

Tips:

• Make sure to clean the machine every day after every shift.

• Avoid using bleach, chemicals & detergents, steel wool, oven cleaners or other abrasive cleaners.

• Do not use a water hose, or any type if water shower/sprayer to clean the machine.
