Transforms the dough, into uniform thin, flattened, round dough pieces.

The Sheeter receives the rounded dough pieces from the First Proofer and transforms them, continuously, into uniform thin, flattened, round dough pieces.

This is possible because of an electro-pneumatic system that operates the Sheeter, and because of its high precision sheeting cylinders coated in hard chrome.

  • One or Two automatic pressing units with flour dusters are installed, depending on the model.

 

  • L-shape type, with two flattening procedures.

 

  • These sheeted dough loaves are automatically sent to the Final Proofer to begin the final fermentation process.

  • Extra Four designs the sheeter allowing the easy adjustment of the loaf’s required diameter and thickness:

    
-Thickness: 1 to 6 mm.
    -Loaf’s diameter: 13 to 38 cm
