This machine is the final stage of the Pita / Lebanese Bread line.
In addition to a more hygiene solution and bread untouched by hands, this unit saves manpower and boosts production.
Equipped with a digital touch screen and recipes saving menu, to easily switch between programs on small/medium and big sized Bread.
Capacity is up to 36 bags per minute.
- Two retractable belts bring the product always to the bottom of the bag.
- Infeed with (nose bar) conveyor for a gentle transfer.
- Automatic synchronization between the infeed conveyor and the retractable belts.
- Double bag table which switches automatically, when the table is empty.
- Automated stop if no product in use, to minimize the wear down.
- Safety rated switch on all covers.
- Air printer to print the date on the lock.
- Metal detector with its conveyor belt.
- Rotating stainless steel turning round-table to avoid the stacking of bags on top of each other.
