The machine has four different versions to cope with all available types and models of the Pita / Lebanese / Arabic bread production lines. Single Row - Double Rows - Triple Rows & Four rows.
All types and versions are equipped with the following:
- An automatic loaf pressing unit, for flattening and removing the air from the loaves leading to homogenous stacks
- A loaf flipping system, in order to flip the first loaves of the stack, to have the face of the loaf on both sides of the bag (Operator can easily define the number of loaves to flip, on the featured HMI touch screen)
- Easily define the number of loaves in a stack (can also be amended/changed during operation)
- Stacking system and counters
- Loaf alignment flaps, easily adjustable based on loaf size
- Smart delivery with synchronization system to prevent jamming of stacks
- The transporting belt to the bagger can be designed angled or straight depending on the customer's demand and space availability
