This element is used to help properly fit the bakery within limited spaces. 

This element is used to help properly fit the bakery within limited spaces.

It can be a turn of 90 or 180 degrees.

  • It is responsible for transporting the flattened dough loaves from the Final Proofer into the Tunnel Oven.

  • It’s made out of a curved PVC conveyor belt or a Mesh style stainless steel conveyor chain.
