Tunnel Oven


 

Its baking chamber has
 a temperature that reaches up to 850°C ...

It automatically receives the leavened dough sheets and sends them to the baking chamber which has
 a temperature that reaches up to 850°C.

Tunnel shaped, constructed from high refractory bricks, designed and mounted to enhance the baking process.

The oven feeding belt is well protected from radiating heat and separated from the heat by a steel rollers table, responsible for feeding dough loaves into the oven.

The oven is completely isolated in order to prevent leakage of heat, thus save fuel consumption.

 

  • Baking chain made out of stainless steel AISI 304
  • The flame-facing wall is constructed on reinforced support made out of stainless steel AISI 309 heat resistant austenitic chromium-nickel-stainless steel that can resist heat up to 1000 degrees C
  • External stainless steel body covers stainless steel AISI 304
