Dough Sheeter
The Dough Sheeter is designed to automatically transform rounded dough pieces into uniform, thin, flattened round dough pieces within automatic bakery production lines.
It receives the dough directly from the first proofer and processes it continuously, creating a stable transition between proofing and the next production stage.
Built for controlled dough reduction and shaping, the machine combines precision flattening components with automatic downstream transfer by conveyor belt.

Continuous Flattening for Uniform Dough Sheets
The sheeter receives rounded dough pieces from the first proofer and continuously transforms them into thin, flattened, round dough pieces.
This process is supported by an electro-pneumatic operating system together with high-precision sheeting cylinders coated in hard chrome.
Depending on the model, one or two automatic pressing units with flour dusters are installed, and the L-shape layout applies two flattening procedures before the dough is sent automatically to the next stage by conveyor belt.
Role in the Production Process
The Dough Sheeter is positioned after the first proofing stage and before topping, forming, or baking operations, depending on the line configuration.
Its role is to standardize dough thickness and product diameter so downstream stages receive a more uniform dough base for consistent finishing.
Key Functional Advantages
Automatic Continuous Sheeting
Continuously transforms rounded dough pieces into uniform thin flattened rounds for stable line flow.
Electro-Pneumatic Operation
Uses an electro-pneumatic system to support controlled sheeting performance during automatic production.
Hard Chrome Coated Cylinders
High-precision sheeting cylinders coated in hard chrome help deliver accurate dough flattening.
One or Two Pressing Units
Depending on the model, the machine includes one or two automatic pressing units with flour dusters.
L-Shape Flattening Layout
The machine uses an L-shape configuration with two flattening procedures for progressive dough reduction.
Adjustable Thickness & Diameter
The sheeter allows easy adjustment of the required loaf thickness and product diameter according to production needs.
Suitable for Automatic Flat Dough Product Lines
The Dough Sheeter is suitable for automatic production lines that require flattened dough bases with controlled diameter and thickness before final processing.
Manakish
Supports uniform dough flattening before topping in automatic manakish production lines.
Pizza
Suitable for preparing flattened pizza dough bases with repeatable thickness and diameter.
Pies
Used in automatic flat dough workflows where accurate sheeting is required before filling or finishing.
