Extended Dual-Fuel Baking with Stone-Based Heat Performance

HYBRID-X functions as a standalone baking oven that can operate on gas, wood, or a combination of both, depending on the production style and baking preference.

The oven uses a stone baking floor together with ceramic fiber insulation in the top tunnel and beneath the floor to support strong heat retention and chamber stability.

Two gas burners with separate automatic ignition provide controlled gas-fired operation, while the integrated wood-burning arrangement allows a second heat source when needed.
